A little about me:
I am 57 years old, and currently working as an Industrial Maintenance Tech. This means that I work with and program industrial computers.
I have been married for 36 years to my wonderful wife Marilyn and have 2 grown children, Mark and Stephanie, plus 6 grandchildren.
My wife and I currently live on a rural acreage outside Indianola, IA. We have 26 acres and 1 dog (Lady) to take care of it. A neighbor takes care of the crop ground, and we enjoy the open space.
My son Mark is career Navy, and currently stationed in San Diego, CA, as a systems administrator. This page is being served from his server in his garage, on a DSL line. http://www.wolfenet.org He is married to a wonderful daughter-in-law, Belinda and has 3 wonderful children.
My daughter Stephanie lives in Des Moines, IA and is a mother raising her husband Mike and 3 children.
Before working for the company I am with now, I had been a Volkswagen mechanic since 1965. I have recently gotten back into playing with VW's. I am in the process of restoring a 1971 Volkswagen Type 3 Fastback that I acquired. It had been sitting for 15 years when I got it, so it is a long road ahead. I currently have the car running, and sort of driveable. (I don't take it far from home.)
